The sandals purchased on www.milletrecento.com are not mass-produced and are completely made by hand and custom-made. Each sandal is customised accordingly to the preferences and measures provided by the customer. For this reason, we invite you to carefully read our SIZE GUIDE and follow all the instructions provided to avoid any miscommunication.

Sandals that are custom-made and made to order (personalized in terms of measurements, colours, height of heels and or initials) cannot be returned.

Should you decide to return or exchange the product that has not been custom-made and personalized, this will need to be returned within 14 days from the date the order was received in order to be refunded or to proceed with the exchange. The client will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs of the delivery, including any additional charge (i.e. taxes, IVA, customs) and any other expenses related to the shipping of the product.

Furthermore, it is essential that the customer returns the new sandals in its original state, without any sign of damage or use. It is necessary that the sandals are to be returned in the original branded Milletrecento Italia packaging. Once we receive the sandals, we will contact you as soon as possible to progress with the exchange of product or the refund corresponding to the amount paid.

Should you receive a product that does not correspond to what ordered on www.milletrecento.com (such as wrong size, colour, heels, or initials), we will arrange an exchange of the product within the shortest possible time. In this case, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as the parcel is received to organize a replacement of the product. You will need to inform us within 14 days from the date the order is received. The product replacement is free of charge and will be arranged within 30 days from the date Milletrecento Italia receives the sandals and verifies its integrity, the lack of use and the return of the original packaging.
